Dozens of new laws will take effect on January 1, 2024. ISACo has compiled a list of our tracked bills that were enacted into law with January 1, 2024, effective dates. This report is intended as a resource for county officials and staff to ensure that counties are in compliance with those laws that prescribe new duties or responsibilities.
