The Illinois State Association of Counties (ISACo) is not subject to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), but believes the organization should aspire to meet the same standards of transparency and openness required of our member counties. ISACo's bylaws are available via this link and minutes of ISACo Board meetings are available below.
